MasterShunt 500 CZone
MasterShunt is the heart of every battery powered energy system. This integrated battery monitor shares information about the battery bank with other MasterBus, CZone or NMEA 2000 enabled devices such as battery chargers, inverter/chargers and displays. No surprises: allowing complete automation of your system, MasterShunt improves comfort, prolongs battery life and extends your runtime.
The MasterShunt 500 provides all information needed for monitoring your battery bank and control of your system, such as voltage, current, state of charge and time remaining. All information is made available to the system by a single MasterBus or CZone cable. Extremely accurate measurement of current flow over state of charge enables the MasterShunt to precisely determine the time remaining.
Programmable events and an integrated real time clock make it possible to fully automate your system. Examples are to start your generator automatically when the battery bank is low (or just delaying at night!), or to automatically generate a warning at a certain depth of discharge. The proven MasterShunt design has been upgraded to obtain an even higher level of accuracy and control. Taking into account battery specific parameters, MasterShunt takes reading accuracy to a whole new level.
The MasterShunt 500 CZone allows freedom of choice with regards to fuse type, rating and location. The battery monitor is supplied with an internal bus bar, to be used in situations where an external fuse holder is selected. In case the MasterShunt is installed close to the battery, the bus bar may be replaced by either an ANL type or Class T main fuse, saving both space and cost.

Shipping & Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Every product packages undergo multiple quality checks before shipped to our customers. Hence all products are defect free.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are sorry products once opened we can not accept return.
Unused: Clothing
Unopened: Any product comes with manufacturer package / box
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are swimwear, intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Photographs of the package received.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days post purchase, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Electronics / Televisions/ Tools / Hardware: If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section. Refurbished items are not eligible for return (Onsite, Marketplace)
Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 40% restocking fee or $75 which ever is lesser. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 5% of restock fee apply.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping Cost:
Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Or Invoiced to pay.
Unwanted Return: Unwanted return apply 5% restock fee.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
